The Enterprise Bundle
Best suited for large-scale operations – for instance, an international importer or distributor dealing with many product categories, or a corporation that manages multiple brands each with numerous products. If you’re managing large product lines, this bundle is crafted for you. It’s also appropriate for established companies that anticipate continuous expansion of their product offerings and want a compliance solution that can accommodate that breadth without needing multiple separate services. Essentially, if you have anywhere from 21 up to 50 distinct product types that all need to be EU-compliant, the Enterprise Bundle ensures you get a uniform, one-stop compliance package for all of them.
This top-tier bundle is built for high-volume importers, large private-label portfolios, or multi-brand companies that manage dozens of different products destined for the EU market . It covers all GPSR compliance requirements for a very extensive product range within a single one-time service package. If you’re an enterprise-level seller or distributor handling a large and diverse product line (up to 50 distinct product types), this bundle is designed to give you total peace of mind on EU compliance. What Counts as a Product Type?
We group product types based on material and supplier, not by SKU, color, or size. If two products share the same materials, construction, and source, they count as one product type.
Example:
You sell three variations of a portable fan — red, blue, and black. All are made from the same plastic housing, contain the same motor, and are produced by the same factory. That’s one product type.
Now say you offer a fourth fan made from aluminum, or manufactured by a different supplier. Even if the design is nearly identical, that would count as a second product type.
We’ll review your products with you before you pay, so there’s no guesswork or unexpected charges.
What’s Included in the Bundle?
1. GPSR Certification
We provide the official documentation confirming your product meets all requirements under the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR). This certification is essential for customs clearance, market access, and online marketplace approval.
2. Risk Assessment
Each product type is evaluated for safety risks based on materials, intended use, and age grading. You receive a written risk assessment aligned with EU safety standards, including practical mitigation strategies.
3. Technical Documentation
We prepare a complete compliance file for your product, ready for inspection by retailers or EU authorities. This includes:
- Product descriptions
- Supplier and material details
- Applicable safety standards
- Risk assessments
- Compliance declarations
- Labeling and traceability documentation
4. Labeling & Warnings Review
We review your product labeling to ensure it meets EU requirements, including:
- Safety warnings
- Age restrictions
- Usage instructions
- CE marking (if applicable)
- Disposal and recycling info
We’ll flag and help you fix anything that could block your market entry.
5. EU Authorised Representative
As your official Authorised Representative, we serve as your legal point of contact in the EU — based in Germany. Required for all non-EU businesses. Valid for the entire time your product is on the market. No renewals. No add-ons.
You’ll receive a compliant EU address for labeling and traceability purposes, fully aligned with GPSR rules.
6. Online Marketplace Registration
If you operate an online marketplace in the EU Market, you are required by law to register your business with the Safety Gate Portal. Registration ensures compliance with EU regulations and facilitates communication with national market surveillance authorities. We handle your registration for you.
7. Market Surveillance Support
If an EU authority contacts us about your product, we respond on your behalf. There’s no extra charge unless further technical work or legal involvement is required — and we’ll always check with you first.
One flat fee. Full coverage. No subscriptions.
Best for importers, private-label operations, or companies with large, diverse product lines.
