What Counts as a Product Type?

We define product types based on material and supplier, not by SKU, color, size, or design variations. If multiple items are made from the same fabric and produced by the same factory, they count as one product type.

Example:

You sell a basic cotton t-shirt in five colors and four sizes — all made from the same fabric and manufactured by the same supplier. That’s one product type.

Now, if you offer a similar t-shirt made from organic cotton or switch to a different supplier for the same design, that would be considered a second product type.
