It’s perfect for sellers with a lean product range that uses the same materials and supplier (as a small business might). By focusing on up to three product types, this bundle keeps costs low while still delivering full compliance coverage for those products.

This is the entry-level bundle – it covers fewer product types than any other bundle, making it the most affordable option for complete GPSR compliance. It delivers the exact same compliance components as the larger bundles, but limits the scope to 1–3 product types, which is usually sufficient for a startup or niche brand. What Counts as a Product Type?

We define product types based on material and supplier, not by SKU, color, or packaging.

Example:

If you sell three Bluetooth speakers in different colors, but they’re made from the same plastic housing, have the same internal components, and come from the same factory, that’s one product type.

If you sell two similar speakers, but one is made from metal and sourced from a different supplier, that would count as two product types.

If you operate an online marketplace in the EU Market, you are required by law to register your business with the Safety Gate Portal. Registration ensures compliance with EU regulations and facilitates communication with national market surveillance authorities. We handle your registration for you.

7. Market Surveillance Support

If an EU authority contacts us about your product, we respond on your behalf. There’s no extra charge unless further technical work or legal involvement is required — and we’ll always check with you first.
