Due to the nature of our work (including GPSR certification, product risk assessments, documentation preparation, and regulatory consulting), we apply specific conditions regarding refunds and cancellations.
1. No Refunds on Completed Services
Once a service has been completed (such as consultation, documentation, risk analysis, or issuance of a Declaration of Conformity), no refund will be issued.
Our services involve expert compliance work that cannot be undone, retracted, or reused for other clients. This includes all work product created as part of your technical file or regulatory submission.
2. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only if the following conditions are met:
- A written request is submitted before any work has begun, and
- No documentation review, product analysis, or certification activity has been initiated
If eligible, a refund may be issued, minus any applicable administrative processing fees.
Once our team has started working on your file—whether by reviewing materials, preparing documents, or conducting a risk assessment—no refund will be granted, regardless of whether the final documents have been delivered.
To request a refund, email info@gpsrsolutions.com with your order reference and the reason for your request.
3. Service Modifications and Revisions
If you are dissatisfied with a delivered service, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at info@gpsrsolutions.com.
We will review your concerns and, where appropriate, offer reasonable revisions, clarifications, or corrections to ensure your documentation aligns with applicable regulatory requirements.
