Cancellation policy

Effective Date: July 5, 2025

This policy governs cancellations of both one-time purchases and recurring subscriptions made via our Shopify storefront at www.gpsrsolutions.com.

1. One-Time Purchases

If you purchase a digital product or documentation package as a one-time purchase (not part of a subscription), the following applies:

  • Due to the nature of digital compliance services, we do not offer refunds once work has begun on your documentation or product assessment.
  • If you cancel your order before submitting your product data and before any work has started, you may request a full refund by emailing us at info@gpsrsolutions.com.

 

2. Subscriptions (GPSR Solutions Plans)

If you subscribe to one of our GPSR Solutions bundles (Starter, Essential, Growth, Enterprise, or Add-On), your subscription will auto-renew based on the billing frequency selected at checkout (monthly or yearly).

Cancellation Rights

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial months.
  • Yearly Subscriptions: You may cancel within 14 calendar days of initial payment if no documentation work has begun. If you cancel later, your subscription remains active until the end of the current term.

3. Misuse or Short-Term Abuse

Subscriptions grant access to ongoing GPSR compliance services and, where applicable, authorization to use our EU Responsible Person address. Improper use of this address after canceling your subscription is strictly prohibited.

If we detect that a subscription was purchased, used for regulatory labeling, and then canceled to avoid continued payment:

  • The authorization to use our RP address is automatically revoked.
  • Continued use will trigger a formal cease-and-desist, and we reserve the right to notify EU market surveillance authorities.
  • Your account may be permanently blocked from future purchases.

 

4. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription in either of the following ways:

  • Through your Shopify account portal (if enabled)
  • By emailing us at info@gpsrsolutions.com with your name, product name, and order reference

Please allow 1–2 business days for manual processing if requested by email.
